The immersion technique

First, take a bowl    and pour half a cup of raw rice into it, then add three cups of hot water and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then, using a strainer, strain and pour into a spray bottle. Then apply it to your hair and leave for about 10 minutes then rinse.   Then apply    conditioner and comb your hair.

This simply involves using the rice cooking water    . After boiling, strain the water and put it in a spray bottle. In a saucepan, place 1/2 cup of raw rice in plenty of boiling water. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Collect excess water from above the rice or wait until the end of cooking to filter everything.   You can add a few drops of essential oil to the rice water if you wish    . Apply everything to your hair and let the products act for about 20 minutes then rinse.

With this technique you can take advantage and benefit from the presence of antioxidants    in the water, which increase the levels of vitamins and nutrients. Put the raw rice and warm water in a bowl.   Leave to soak for 30 minutes    then drain the rice. Then pour the liquid obtained into a pitcher and let it sit for 24 hours. Then, place the bottle in the refrigerator for two to three days and then pour it into a spray bottle.   Add a few cups of lukewarm water    and apply it to your hair.
