With the arrival of bad weather, it is easy to notice an    increase in humidity    in the home, which can often cause the    formation of mold    and become a danger to our health. In fact, to combat humidity    you can also adopt another remedy    , much cheaper and faster. You only need two ingredients and you can completely combat humidity in your home.   Find out how to do it now!

What remedy to take against humidity?

To counteract increased humidity in your home    , we recommend building some type of    homemade dehumidifier    . All you need to do is get the following ingredients:

  • 500 g of coarse cooking salt
  • 3 flavored tea bags

To start, cut out a few medium squares from a plastic bag. At this point, also take glass jars and put 250 g of salt and half a tea bag in them.   Next, divide the ingredients into two equal parts into two glass jars    . You can also add drops of essential oil if you prefer.

At this point, cover the pots with the squares cut from the envelope and secure them with a rubber band.   Let them sit covered for at least 3 days    . Remember to shake them from time to time so that the mixture remains well integrated.

If you prefer, instead of a plastic bag, you can also use pieces of gauze to close the jars. In just a few steps,    you will have created a homemade dehumidifier for your home.

Where to place the pots

To better counteract increased humidity in your home,    you can place your pots in different areas for best results. For example,    you can place them in the bathroom    , since it is one of the rooms in the house where humidity is most likely to form.

You can also place them in other rooms of the house, such as    the kitchen, living room or bedrooms.   In addition to being an excellent remedy against humidity, they are also useful for scenting environments and combating bad odors.

We recommend placing the pots in front of windows, especially at night, when humidity drops.   Anti-humidity pots are also great for your clothes    . You can place them next to dirty clothes to better dry all your clothes and bedding. In fact, they’re perfect for placing    next to the clothesline.
