Eggs: an exceptional food

Eggs represent a particularly useful food in    protein diets    , but more generally to complement a healthy and balanced diet. Several recent studies have even refuted the fact that eating more eggs during the week can be harmful to your health, as it increases cholesterol levels. This doesn’t mean you have to overdo it, but that the canonical two eggs per week doesn’t always have to be a very strict limitation. Eggs retain an exceptional heritage inside: we are talking about vitamin B12, vitamin K2, iron,    phosphorus    and    calcium    .

Its added value in cooking also lies in the fact that it can be prepared in a variety of ways, as well as serving as the basis for a multitude of desserts and puddings. For example, we can prepare magnificent    boiled eggs,    to be enjoyed with a teaspoon and perhaps a pinch of salt and pepper; or we could prepare them in a    pan.   The scrambled eggs are also fantastic, suitable for an energetic breakfast and the    poached eggs    are super delicious. In the pan, they get an extra kick with some spices that enhance their strong flavor. That said, hard-boiled eggs are undoubtedly among the most popular: let’s see a tip for preparing them.

Hard-boiled eggs: here is the tip for cooking them

The main problem when preparing hard boiled eggs is that the cooking often ends up not going as expected. For example, if the egg is cooked very lightly, an almost runny yolk comes out, otherwise the yolk may be very dry. However, one of the most common problems is that    the egg white    can separate from the shell during cooking, due to the cracks that form. To prevent this from happening, first choose a large frying pan, to prevent the different eggs from colliding with each other.

Additionally, by adding a    teaspoon of fine salt    to the pan, you ensure that the egg whites solidify, so they don’t come out of the shell. The same salt can also slightly increase the boiling temperature. Try it and tell us!

Peel them without any problem

To quickly peel eggs, simply use the back of a spoon and tap the base of the egg until it breaks. Once the egg bladder is broken, the shell will come off easily and without damaging the white.
