Mini Salmon Quiches, Healthy and tasty recipe.

Mini Salmon Quiches : Inexpensive and easy to make, these mini quiches will be ideal for  a dinner aperitif , a buffet or a starter. Shortcrust pastry, eggs, cream cheese, cream,  smoked salmon  and dill will be enough to make them.
You can also enhance this basic recipe as you wish, add spices, other herbs or a little grated cheese!

Easy Recipe:

Ingredients:

100 g of fresh cheese
100 g of liquid cream
2 ready-to-use shortcrust pastries
2 eggs
1/2 bunch of dill
100 g of smoked salmon
ground pepper

Preparation: For Mini Salmon Quiches:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7) and grease the 12 muffin tins.

Cut out 12 discs from each sheet of dough using an 8 cm diameter cookie cutter.

Fill the molds with the dough. Reserve in the refrigerator.

2. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, cream, eggs and dill in a food processor, then season with pepper.

Finely chop the salmon and use it to fill the pastry cases.

Pour over the cream cheese mixture.

3. Bake the quiches for 15 to 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

Remove the quiches from the oven onto a baking rack and serve warm.
