Ingredients:

Liquid fresh cream 50 cl

Courgettes 400 g

Cherry tomatoes 300 g

Shortcrust pastry 1 roll

Eggs 3

Grated Gruyere 80 g

Olive oil

3 tablespoons

Salt, pepper

1 pinch

Wash and dry the zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Preheat the oven to 210°C.

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and brown the vegetables for 10 minutes.
Unroll the dough in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.

Beat the eggs vigorously with the cream, salt and pepper. Spread the vegetables on the dough, cover with the mixture and finally, sprinkle with Gruyère cheese.

Bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy the Provençal flan hot or cold.
