12 cl of water Frying oil 125 g of sugar 1 egg
100 g of flour
4 apples

Preparation of Apple Donuts

STEP 1:
Pour the flour into the bowl, add the water. Beat the egg into an omelette and add it, mix well. Let it rest in a sheltered place.

STEP 2:
Peel and core the apples. Cut into 3 to 4 millimeter thick slices.

STEP 3:
Heat the oil, dip the apple slices in the batter and fry. Turn the fritters over and fry the other side.

STEP 4:
Arrange on absorbent paper, sprinkle with sugar when serving.

Tips
If there are children around, be careful with frying oil.
